DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
This Act covers any data (information) which can be used to identify a living person.  This includes names, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address etc.

The information you provide will only be used to notify you if there is a clinical research study in the area which you have indicated you would be interested in receiving information about.  Your information will not be disclosed to any other group, company or external research organisation and should you no longer wish to receive such information your details will be destroyed.
