Welcome to the Tayside Primary Care Quality Improvement (PCQI) Network

The purpose of the PCQI Network is to:

• Provide a mechanism for sharing and collaborating about quality improvement projects across Primary Care in Tayside 

• Increase the knowledge of staff undertaking quality improvement projects by providing guidance from birth, to spread and implementation

• Share tools and resources to support practices undertake improvement projects

• Increase the knowledge and confidence of staff in Quality Improvement Methodologies

• Build Capacity and Capability within Primary Care

• Signpost to educational sessions and networking opportunities both locally and Nationally
