AHSP Governance

The strategic direction and performance of AHSP is overseen by the AHSP Board, which includes senior representation from the University of Dundee and NHS Tayside. 

The development and implementation of Partnership activity is driven by Strategic Clusters, including BioMedical, Design & Innovation, Quality Improvement and Informatics, each of which has dedicated leadership from a Cluster Director.

The AHSP Co-Directors, nominated by and representing the University of Dundee and NHS Tayside, have the overarching responsibility for the management of the Partnership, working closely with the AHSP Associate Director and Business Projects Lead.
