The Improvement Team aims to support the organisation to make change at scale by creating the capacity, capability and confidence for quality improvement across and at every level of the workforce.


To achieve this the Team offers a range of ways to support staff locally including the:


In addition to the regularly scheduled courses available to book in the Course Booking System, the Improvement Team aims to support local teams to develop their improvement knowledge and skills by delivering a range of bespoke training courses which are customised to meet specific learning needs.
